Prior to class, you will be asked to email your citation/ticket, a valid government issued photo ID and any document regarding an extension or permission to attend that you may have received from the court. You will need to bring those with you on the day of class as well. Additionally, you may pay prior to class over the phone or online. If payment hasn't been made prior to class, please bring exact cash.

Defensive driving class will dismiss one eligible civil moving traffic violation all others must be handled with the court of jurisdiction.

If you hold a commercial driver license you may be eligible for the defensive driving program. Effective September 1, 2019, commercial driver license holders may complete a defensive driving course under the following conditions: • The individual was driving a vehicle requiring a Class D or a Class M license. • The vehicle was not being used for commercial purposes. • Meets the other defensive driving eligibility requirement for non-commercial driver license holders. After successful completion of an Arizona-certified defensive driving program, the court is required to forward the record of judgement to Arizona Motor Vehicle Division, however no points are assessed to the driver’s record.

In accordance with Arizona Supreme Court regulations the only case where a state or court refund will be granted is if the officer fails to file the citation with the court, or the citation is dismissed by the court for any reason. In all other cases a refund will not be granted after your class has already begun.

Class is mandated by the Supreme Court to be no less than 4 hours of in class time but not more than 4 and ½ hours. This time does not include the time for registration or any breaks.

No. We will upload your violation for dismissal after class and you will not need to contact the school or the court for any reason regarding your violation.

The instructor must make 100% verification on all students. This is done to ensure all information uploaded to the Supreme Court website is accurate for your violation dismissal.

Yes. Please call us to reschedule your class. There will be a $10 rescheduling fee applied to your total cost if your original scheduled class date has passed.

You will need an extention, if you cannot complete the class at least seven (7) calendar days before the court date stated on your citation.

Yes. You do not need to provide this to the court unless specifically asked by the court.

Yes. Both courses are mandated to last at least four (4) hours, but the online course requires you to take a test at the end and you must score at least 100% to receive the credit. The classroom course requires NO TESTS to be taken, only 4 to 4.5 hours of attendance.
